How can I contact customer service?

Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled as long as they have not been processed or shipped. Therefore, please contact our customer service as soon as possible and state your order number.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Bestellingen tot €50 → €7,50 verzendkosten
Bestellingen tussen €50 en €120 → €4,50 verzendkosten
Bestellingen vanaf €120 → Gratis verzending*
Voor bestellingen naar Nederland, Duitsland en Frankrijk worden de verzendkosten berekend op basis van het gewicht. De exacte kosten worden weergegeven bij het afrekenen.
📌 Let op: Gratis verzending geldt alleen voor bestellingen via de webshop en niet voor grote, zware of breekbare artikelen.
Can I track my order and what if it doesn't arrive?
Yes, after shipping you will receive a confirmation email with a track & trace link. If your order is delayed or does not arrive, check the track & trace or contact our customer service.
Which payment methods do you accept and is payment safe?
You can pay with Bancontact, PayPal, credit card (Visa, MasterCard), iDEAL and bank transfer. We use a secure SSL connection, so your payment details are always safe.
Can I receive an invoice?
Na afronding van uw bestelling vult u het BTW-nummer in en dan ontvangt u een factuur per e-mail. Heeft u deze niet ontvangen? Neem contact met ons op.
How do I return a product and what are the costs?
You can return your product within 14 days if unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. Custom made or personalized products cannot be returned. The return costs are for the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
What if I received a defective or incorrect product?
Please contact our customer service within 7 days and attach photos if possible, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
